Ο γεννημένος στην Αβάνα, αυτοδίδακτος καλλιτέχνης CB Hoyo, επιχειρεί να αμφισβητήσει την αξία της τέχνης και την πολιτική της κριτικής της τέχνης, μέσα από τα πολύχρωμα, ακρυλικά έργα ζωγραφικής του. Ο Hoyo αναπαράγει με έναν δημιουργικό και σατυρικό τρόπο γνωστά έργα κορυφαίων ζωγράφων, που αποτελούν πρότυπα για τον κλάδο της τέχνης, όπως ο Warhol και ο Bansky, με στόχο να χλευάσει τον συχνά επιφανειακό χαρακτήρα της κοινωνίας μας. 

Μέσα από την ιδιαίτερη ζωγραφική του, ο καλλιτέχνης μας ζητά να ξεχάσουμε ότι θεωρούσαμε ως αληθινό και ψεύτικο στον κόσμο μας μέχρι σήμερα, καθώς και τη δική μας υποσκάπτουσα επιθυμία για αναγνώριση, και να δούμε τα πράγματα από μία διαφορετική σκοπιά.
